Welcome to the official website of International Diploma Course in Guidance and Counselling offered by National Council of Educational Research and Training(NCERT), New Delhi in collaboration with Commonwealth of Learning, Canada. This course is offered at the Department of Educational Psychology and Foundations of Education (DEPFE), NCERT New Delhi as well as five Regional Institutes of Education located at Bhopal, Mysore, Shillong, Bhubaneswar and Ajmeer.The course has two websites. The first one is this which provides general information about the course to the prospective candidates who desires to admission to this course. The second site is the e-learning site which is accessible to those who have taken admission to this course.
